The Season of Creation challenges the entire global Christian family to care for God’s creation through prayer and action.

The Season of Creation begins on September 1 (the World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation) and ends on October 4, the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of ecology. This year’s theme is “Peace with Creation” and the symbol is “Garden of Peace”, inspired by Isaiah 32:14-18.
