Confirmation Sacramental Preparation Program

Dear Parents or Guardians of Grade 7 students and above,

If you have child (ren) in Grade 7 or above who require to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, please read through the steps for registration.

1. Click here to register your child (ren) for the Confirmation Sacramental Preparation Program. The deadline to register is Friday October 04, 2024. Kindly extract the details from the child's original Baptismal certificate to fill in the Registration form.
2. Attend a mandatory, in-person Information Meeting at the Church for parents/guardians and the Confirmation candidates on one of the chosen dates: Saturday, October 05, 2024 at 11 am or Sunday, October 06, 2024 at 5 pm. Confirmation Sponsors are also welcome to attend this Information Meeting.
3. Approximately 45 mins prior to the Information Meeting and after the meeting, parents will have the opportunity to submit a copy of the child's Baptismal certificate & provide the registration fee of $125 (cash or cheque made payable to 'St. Justin Martyr Parish'). Homework books will be provided up on receiving the payment.

Note: Receiving the Sacrament of Baptism and First Reconciliation and Holy Communion is a pre-requisite to receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation.
